9. Install a lockbox at your property and network to other productive agents by holding a brokers open house
10. Prepare a descriptive color brochure highlighting the amenities of your home
11. Advertise property in appropriate publications and utilize the many corporate relocation services available to Grover Realty to find a qualified buyer
12. Track all showings and get feedback from agents who have shown the property
13. Review all purchase contracts and title documents with you as they come in
14. Obtain buyer's pre-approval letter from his/her lender
15. Distribute all required documents to you and buyer for required signatures
16. Maintain communication with buyer's agent throughout the escrow process
17. Remove contingencies as they become due to keep contract valid
18. Obtain written verification from the title company that the increased deposit is in escrow when due, if applicable
19. Speak with buyer's lender to assure loan documents will be in escrow on time
20. Deliver written escrow instructions to title company with closing instructions
